Karnival Super Sihat is run by MERPATI, a group of dedicated health experts. 

Merpati Social Wellness Force (MERPATI) is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative founded by Genovid Healthcare Services, a subsidiary of MONDESA. We unite like-minded healthcare businesses, including Holistic Pharmacy, Well Ai, and iSihat Global, to provide accessible health services to communities across Malaysia. Our mission is to empower people to take personal responsibility for their health. We focus on providing interactive assessments, education, counseling, and therapeutic services for those concerned with blood sugar, liver health, depression, wounds, and autoimmune syndromes.

Community Objectives

• Foster a collaborative network of professionals to organize free health campaigns for the B40 and M40 communities.

• Cultivate public interest in personal wellness and empower individuals to manage their own health.

Commercial Objectives

• Create a positive, social-friendly brand image for our sponsors.

• Test our business expansion model and gather key customer demographics and insights.

• Collect testimonials to strengthen the credentials of our platform and professionals.

• Consolidate and grow mutual data and traffic assets with partners.

• Analyze the performance of our platform to inform future collaborations.

We proudly thank for the support from 38 organisations and 70 sponsor brand features, and our unity made it to mutually organise and co-participated 90 Health Carnivals from July 2023 up to September 2025, achieving an estimate total of 21,600 visitors across Greater Klang Valley (include Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Sungai Buloh, Rawang West, Puncak Alam, Kuala Selangor, Klang, Kapar, Cheras, Ampang, Kajang & Semenyih), outstation include Kuantan and Kota Kinabalu.

Problem Statement and Corporate Milestone

Problem: We've observed that many individuals treat illness symptoms rather than addressing the root causes through lifestyle.

Solution: We provide expert-led healthcare programs that combine consultation, education, and rehabilitation to help people understand their body’s natural healing process.

Our Vision: To offer personalized, interactive services that fill the gap left by a market with abundant products but insufficient guidance.
